| Role & Responsibility | ||||||||||
1-Structuring training timelines, agendas, and
delivering sessions as per the schedule and methodology. 2-Work closely with program team, mentors, and stakeholders to enhance
training delivery and optimize outcomes. 3-Tracking training impact, preparing reports, and improving future
sessions based on insights. 4-Ensuring student attendance and active participation in the sessions. 5-Helping youth develop a resilient mindset to manage risks and overcome
failures. 6-Providing continuous post-training support to track business progress and
offer strategic advice. 7-Evaluating training programs and materials, as well as assessing trainee
performance. 8-Maintaining student progress reports and managing internal MIS/LMS
systems. 9-Counseling students and parents as needed. 10-Creating testimonials and case studies of students. 11-Guide students in refining their business ideas, conducting market
research, and structuring sustainable business models aligned with social

| Education Qualification | Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Social
Entrepreneurship, or Social Impact or working with Queer community | |||||||||
| Past Experience/Skills
Required (Mandatory) | 7–10 years of experience in youth facilitation,
mentoring and/or coaching startups, or working within an entrepreneurial
ecosystem. Experience working with diverse, underserved, and marginalized
communities, along with a strong understanding of inclusive and
gender-sensitive facilitation, is preferred. | |||||||||
| Ability to incorporate
experiential learning activities, live projects, and success case studies to
enhance practical understanding. | ||||||||||
| Excellent written and verbal
communication skills. | ||||||||||
| Strong problem-solving and
prioritization skills. | ||||||||||
| Understanding of sector-specific
skills, including digital literacy, social entrepreneurship, and corporate
training. | ||||||||||
| Knowledge of the Sustainable
Development Goals (SDGs). | ||||||||||
| Attributes | Ability to create interactive learning
