About this role
Role & Responsibilities:
Conduct mobilization activities across all the communities.
Perform door-to-door activities to engage with the community.
Ensure student attendance and active participation in sessions.
Provide counselling to students when required.
Interact with stakeholders, Sarpanchs, and school principals.
Goal-oriented and ready to achieve monthly goals.
Requirements
Requirements:
Educational Qualification: Graduate (preferably in Commerce) with 2 to 3 year of experience.
Strong knowledge of basic computer skills (MS Office).
Comfortable engaging with the community and convincing students to enrol in courses.
Goal-oriented mindset to achieve monthly goals.
