About this role

  • Conduct one-on-one and group career counselling sessions.
  • Assess candidates’ skills, interests, and career goals.
  • Guide candidates on suitable courses and career pathways.
  • Support enrolment, retention, and placement processes.
  • Conduct orientation sessions and awareness workshops.
  • Maintain counselling records and reports.
  • Coordinate with trainers and placement teams.

    • KPIs:

    • Counselling sessions conducted.
    • Enrolment conversion rate.
    • Retention and placement outcomes.


    Requirements

    Skills Required:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Counselling and mentoring ability.
    • Basic knowledge of job market trends.
    • Proficiency in MS Office.

    Qualification & Experience:

    • Graduate/Postgraduate in relevant field.
    • 3–5 years of experience preferred.
