About this role

  • Deliver training sessions on AI & Data Analytics (Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI/Tableau basics).
  • Prepare lesson plans, training content, and practical assignments.
  • Conduct hands-on sessions, case studies, and project-based learning.
  • Assess candidates through tests, assignments, and projects.
  • Support candidates in building analytical, problem-solving, and employability skills.
  • Track attendance, performance, and batch progress.
  • Assist in interview preparation and placement readiness.
  • Ensure quality training delivery and completion of batch targets.


    • Requirements

    Skills Required:

    • Strong knowledge of Data Analytics tools (Excel, SQL, Python, BI tools).
    • Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts.
    • Good communication and training skills.
    • Problem-solving and analytical mindset.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and LMS platforms.

    Qualification & Experience:

    • Graduate/Postgraduate in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or related field.
    • 3–5 years of experience in training or relevant industry preferred.

    KPIs:

    • Batch completion rate.
    • Candidate assessment/project performance.
    • Placement readiness and success rate.
    • Training feedback scores.
