Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Technical Training Developer to design, develop, and maintain technical learning solutions for employees, partners, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop technical training programs, e-learning modules, labs, videos, and documentation.
    • Collaborate with SMEs and engineering teams.
    • Create instructor and participant guides, assessments, and certification content.
    • Apply instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE and Agile.
    • Track learning effectiveness and continuously improve content.
    • Mentor junior training developers.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Cloud, APIs, Databases, Networking, Security, and DevOps.
    • Experience with LMS platforms and authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, and PowerPoint.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in technical enablement or corporate learning.
    • Azure, AWS, Instructional Design, or related certifications.
    • Exposure to AI, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, or Cloud technologies.

Key Competencies

Instructional Design, Content Development, Technical Writing, Learning Analytics, Project Management, Collaboration, and Problem Solving.

 

 

Educational Qualification

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Education, or related field.

Experience

 

  • 2 to 3 Years of experience
