We are looking for a Research Associate to carry out research in cryptography and assist course teaching of the Master of Science in Cyber Security (Applied Cryptography) in SPMS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out the research on symmetric-key cryptography and publish Tier 1 papers

  • Lead the project team comprised with PhD students

  • Assist teaching of cryptography courses of the MSCS-CRYPTO master program

Job Requirements:

  • Master (for Research Associate equivalent) Cryptography or Computer Science or related field

  • At least 3 years of relevant experiences in similar role / technical hands-on experience Cryptography Research

  • Good written and oral communication skills

  • Proficiency in C/C++ programming

  • Interpersonal skill (e.g. Ability to work independently / develop solutions under strict timelines, meticulous and eye for details / excellent organizational / time management skills)
