Responsibilities:

• Event Setup & Presentation: Set up tables, chairs, linens, staging, and decor according to event specifications. Ensure venue cleanliness and presentation before guest arrival.
• Guest Service & Event Support: Assist with food service as needed, clear tables, and courteously greet and support guests.
• Post-Event Breakdown & Maintenance: Efficiently remove and store equipment, thoroughly clean event spaces, and report any damages.
• Equipment & Inventory Handling: Safely move equipment and maintain organized storage areas.
• Guest Interaction & Service Excellence: Maintain a welcoming presence, promptly address guest requests, and anticipate their needs.
• Compliance & Safety: Adhere to all health, sanitation, and safety protocols, including PCI compliance, and mitigate hazards.

Requirements:

• Physical Demands: Ability to stand for prolonged periods, lift up to 100 lbs.
• Work Environment: Indoor/outdoor setups with varying temperatures.
• Education: High school diploma preferred.
• Schedule: Flexibility to work holidays, weekends, and varying shifts (24/7 operation).
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and adaptability.
