  • Assist in translating approved product requirements into information architectures, navigation flows, and prioritized user journeys aligned with scope, constraints, and experience principles
  • Develop low-fidelity wireframes using approved tools and templates, defining screen layouts, content groupings, and interaction flows for prioritized features and user scenarios
  • Execute interface styling activities by applying approved typography, color palettes, iconography, and asset guidelines to ensure consistency and accessibility across product screens
  • Execute conversion of wireframes into mid and high-fidelity interactive prototypes, configuring UI components, navigation paths, and interaction logic according to design standards

  • Perform usability tests, A/B tests, and cognitive walkthroughs according to approved plans, capturing metrics on task success, errors, and time on task
  • Support analysis of research and testing outputs by structuring findings, identifying usability issues, and proposing design refinements within change requests and backlogs
  • Coordinate design walkthroughs with concerned stakeholders to confirm feasibility, dependencies, and implementation considerations before finalizing agreed design baselines
  • Implement delivery of high-fidelity prototypes and Proofs of Concept by packaging files, documentation, and usage notes for validation and feasibility checks
  • Support preparation of detailed design specifications and handover packages, ensuring components, flows, and states are clearly documented for development and go-to-market execution
  • Execute assessments of product designs against architecture, design, and UX or UI standards, compiling inputs for review by Digital Excellence & Innovation
