Role Summary

The job holder is responsible for providing subject matter expertise in content development and traditional marketing campaigns by supporting the planning, development, and evaluation of communication content and campaign materials to ensure consistent messaging, brand alignment, and effective stakeholder engagement across NHCI.

Functional Accountabilities

  • Develop the annual content calendar and traditional campaign plans in collaboration with Product Marketing and Institutional Marketing Communications teams, ensuring alignment with marketing priorities, business objectives, and campaign roadmaps.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on the application of approved brand standards, creative assets, and communication guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing content and campaign materials.
  • Develop and review marketing content, including brochures, FAQs, product guides, newsletters, presentations, and campaign materials, ensuring alignment with audience needs, communication objectives, and brand standards.
  • Review and optimize messaging across digital, print, social, and partner communication channels to ensure consistency, audience relevance, and effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Provide guidance on localization activities by reviewing translated content, validating terminology, and ensuring communications are culturally appropriate and aligned with organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to validate marketing content, messaging, and communication materials, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with approved narratives.
  • Lead the preparation and quality review of traditional campaign materials by validating creative assets, communication plans, timelines, and publication readiness prior to campaign execution.
  • Provide technical guidance in managing relationships with creative and marketing agencies by reviewing deliverables, clarifying communication requirements, and supporting quality assurance activities.
  • Review marketing content and campaign materials to ensure compliance with branding guidelines, communication standards, linguistic quality, and factual accuracy before publication.
  • Evaluate campaign readiness by reviewing communication materials, approvals, and brand compliance requirements prior to launch.
  • Provide expert support throughout traditional campaign implementation by resolving content-related issues, advising on communication approaches, and ensuring alignment with approved campaign objectives.
  • Maintain and enhance the marketing content repository by establishing content classification practices, improving asset organization, and supporting efficient content reuse.
  • Analyze campaign execution results, audience engagement trends, and communication performance to identify insights and recommend improvements for future marketing initiatives.
  • Recommend enhancements to content development methodologies, campaign planning practices, and communication processes by incorporating performance insights, stakeholder feedback, and evolving marketing requirements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, Business Administration, or any related field is required
  • A minimum of 9 years of relevant experience
  • Certifications in AMA Professional Certified Marketer (PCM) – Content Marketing, HubSpot Content Marketing Certification, or CIM Level 6 Digital Marketing are optional
