We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to join our Alpha Unit. In this role, you will lead established and evolving IT projects, working closely with dedicated engineering teams, clients and business unit leadership. You will be responsible for keeping delivery structured, priorities clear and project performance on track, while building trusted client relationships and ensuring consistent service quality. You will also become part of an experienced Project Management community that values knowledge sharing, collaboration and continuous improvement.

\nIn this role, you will
  • Manage new and existing IT projects across different stages, ensuring clear objectives, realistic delivery plans and alignment between client expectations and team capacity
  • Prepare and maintain project plans, roadmaps, backlogs and sprints, while tracking progress and adjusting priorities as project needs evolve
  • Communicate with clients and project teams on a daily basis, providing clear updates, managing expectations and supporting timely decision-making
  • Clarify client needs and translate them into well-structured stories and tasks that provide clear direction for the delivery team
  • Manage project delivery processes, priorities and dependencies to maintain momentum and support effective collaboration across the team
  • Oversee project scope, budget and resource needs, working closely with business unit and engineering leadership to keep delivery on track
  • Monitor project profitability and overall performance, identifying deviations early and taking appropriate action when needed
  • Identify and manage project risks and potential delivery issues, ensuring they are addressed before they affect project outcomes
  • Ensure consistently high service quality for our clients by maintaining structured delivery, clear communication and reliable project execution
What you will bring
  • Extensive IT project management experience with a track record of successfully leading complex projects
  • Strong knowledge of web development processes, methodologies and best practices
  • Experience in project budget, scope and resource management
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while adapting to changes in scope and direction
  • Familiarity with project risk management processes and the ability to identify potential issues early
  • Strong ownership, structured communication and the ability to remain calm and make informed decisions under pressure
  • Fluency in both Lithuanian and English languages, written and spoken.

Salary range: € 4400 - 6600 gross / month
