zu unterstützen?

Ihr Aufgabengebiet im Überblick:
- Erfassung von Arbeitszeiten im Zeitwirtschaftssystem Time Info und SAP einschließlich Nachverfolgung der Krankenkassenbestätigungen zu den eAU’s
- Auswertung der Krankenstatistik
- Allgemeine administrative Unterstützung (z. B. Veröffentlichung von Mitarbeiterinformationen, Ablage)
- Kommunikationsschnittstelle zur zentralen Personalabteilung in Göttingen
- vorbereitende Korrespondenz zum Betrieblichen Eingliederungsmanagement (BEM)

Das bringen Sie mit:
- Idealerweise haben Sie bereits Arbeitserfahrung Personalwesen, Human Resources oder ähnliches
- Gerne auch Studenten aus dem Bereich Personalwesen, Human Resources oder vergleichbare
- Genaues Arbeiten und Termintreue zeichnen Sie ebenso aus wie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
- Sorgfalt, Zuverlässigkeit, Organisationstalent
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse (Excel, Word)
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und hohe Dienstleistungsbereitschaft
