Our competitive salary range is $100,000 - $115,000 annually, reflecting the importance of this leadership role in the restaurant industry.



Responsibilities



  • Oversee daily restaurant operations and staff management

  • Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships

Requirements



  • Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar role
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service
  • Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems
  • Relevant certifications in food safety and alcohol service are a plus
