What You'll Do
- Oversee design and construction from concept through restaurant opening
- Manage budgets, timelines, and contractor relationships on build projects
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and vendors to meet specifications

- Ensure completed restaurants meet brand standards and operational requirements
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years managing restaurant or retail construction projects
- Proven track record in fast-casual or QSR environments
- Strong budget management and vendor negotiation skills
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and adapt quickly to changes
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
