Bilingual Patient Intake Coordinator (English/Spanish)

Position Summary
What You'll Do
- Answer high-volume inbound calls on our New Patient Hotline with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
- Respond promptly to new patient referrals, attorney referrals, web inquiries, and text messages.
- Collect patient demographics, accident details, insurance information, attorney information, and required documentation.
- Schedule new patient appointments across multiple providers and clinic locations.
- Coordinate medical records and communicate with referral sources to obtain missing information.
- Maintain accurate documentation in our EMR and CRM systems.
- Keep referral sources informed of scheduling updates and appointment outcomes.
- Identify and resolve scheduling issues proactively before they become problems.
- Work collaboratively with Front Desk, Medical Assistants, Case Management, and providers to create a seamless patient experience.
- Protect patient privacy and maintain HIPAA compliance at all times.

Qualifications
- 1–2+ years of experience in medical front office, patient access, intake, scheduling, referral coordination, or healthcare call center.
- Personal injury experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with attorney communication, Letters of Protection (LOPs), or workers' compensation is a plus.
- Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
- Strong computer skills with EMR/PM systems, Microsoft Outlook, and accurate data entry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable, dependable, and accountable.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
