Lead Network Automation Developer, Python

We are looking for a Lead Network Automation Developer with strong Python knowledge and experience to join our team in Cyprus.

Pay Range: from €5,500 gross per month. The final compensation offered will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, and market conditions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, improve, and review existing automation tools and their integration with other systems.
• Implement various automation blocks in Python, tying them together into a complete solution.
• Support and enhance developed processes and workflows.
• Quickly adapt to new technologies and work effectively with minimal documentation.
• Integrate with third-party products, including in-house developed platforms.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional Python development experience.
• Proven ability to work with APIs of various embedded systems.
• Hands-on knowledge of network equipment (considered a strong plus).
• Experience using Jira as an issue tracker.
• Comfortable with a startup/MVP-first approach.
• Strong collaboration and negotiation skills.
• People management or mentoring experience is a plus.
• Advanced level of English.
