The Role

We are seeking an exceptionally talented UI/UX Designer with a strong visual impulse and elevated design craft to help shape the future of active motion gaming.

In this role, your primary strength lies in visualizing intuitive, high-impact user interfaces. You will turn complex motion interactions into visually captivating, delightful, and pixel-perfect UI experiences that resonate across diverse age groups from young kids to parents.

You will work at the intersection of game UI, visual storytelling, and interactive design, collaborating closely with game designers, and engineers to elevate the overall aesthetic standard of our products.

What You'll Do

  • Define & Elevate Visual Identity: Craft stunning, dynamic visual languages and UI systems for brand-new motion-based family games, ensuring each title has a distinct, delightful, and highly polished aesthetic.
  • High-Craft UI Design & Asset Production: Create production-ready UI components, visual assets and iconography that adapt seamlessly to various art styles.
  • Cross-Functional Craft Delivery: Collaborate closely with game developers and tech artists to ensure visual fidelity, UI animations, and design details are executed flawlessly in the final build.
  • Uphold Design Excellence: Maintain an uncompromising eye for detail, establishing best-in-class visual quality, UI consistency, and craft standards across our entire design system.

What We're Looking For

  • Visual & UI Portfolio: A strong, visually driven portfolio demonstrating exceptional talent in UI layout, high visual craft, color expression, visual hierarchy, and game interface design.
  • Mastery of Visual Craft: Outstanding foundation in visual aesthetics, advanced layout principles, dynamic typography, color theory, component design, and iconography.
  • Tool Mastery: Deep proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and UI prototyping/motion tools.
  • Versatile Art Styles: Ability to quickly adapt and design across multiple visual styles.
  • Execution & Detail Orientation: Obsessive about visual precision, alignment, and pixel perfection without losing sight of overall project timelines.
