About this role
What's the role?
Reporting to the Senior Talent Growth and Leadership Partner this role will help build and sustain organisational capability across our business units. You will be a key contributor to our capability approach and learning framework, assisting with the end-to-end coordination of impactful learning initiatives and Talent Assessments.
As a Talent Growth and Leadership Partner, you will support the design, logistics, and execution of various learning and development programs. Your key responsibilities will include:
Capability Planning & Coordination: Assist with the execution of the annual capability approach, clarify required skills across employee cohorts, and track activities within Business Unit Capability Plans.
Program Design & Content Support: Assist in designing practical learning programs rooted in learning theory
Learning Event Logistics: Handle the planning, scheduling, and logistical coordination for learning events, virtual sessions, and blended learning solutions
Supplier Coordination: Work with external learning suppliers, assisting with quality control and the effective deployment of specialized content.
Talent Assessment Support: Coordinate the end-to-end launch of Talent Assessments, managing participant communications, scheduling, system setup, and stakeholder briefings.
Project Management: Assist in tracking timelines, milestones, and resources across multiple learning activities while keeping all stakeholders well-informed.
Reporting & Governance: Collect and collate data on program effectiveness, adoption rates, and engagement feedback to support regular stakeholder reporting.
Who are you?
We are looking for a team-oriented professional with a genuine commitment to
Learning Foundations: A developing knowledge of adult learning principles, contemporary instructional design models, and blended learning methodologies.
Exceptional Coordination Skills: Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in administration, reporting, and assessment processes.
Strong Communication: The ability to communicate clearly and effectively (both written and verbal) about learning activities and timelines with stakeholders at various levels.
Collaboration & Relationship Building: A partnership-led mindset, with a knack for actively listening, sharing information in a timely manner, and building effective working relationships.
Adaptability & Drive: The ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while remaining focused on delivering high-quality outcomes.
