Purpose

Primary liaison and in country coordination for all Global Delivery Center (GDC) activities within the region, managing regional escalations, fostering strong site stakeholder relationships, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards.

Key Work Activities

• Establish, support and maintain clear and seamless communication channels between the site and GDC and promote awareness of the GDC with regional stakeholders and provide relevant escalation, guidance and advice to escalate regional issues effectively
• Monitor services provided to the region meet the agreed-upon standards and service level agreements (SLAs). Work with the GDC to ensure that remediation actions plans are in place to address specific issues and facilitate focus on consistent service delivery standards
• Liaise with regional functions and operations teams to provide input and feedback to ensure specific requirements are understood and met. Provide face to face connection to Identify and address issues raised by regional stakeholders. Interface with regional operations and SEG teams to resolve escalations that may require regional coordination in accordance with the escalation matrix/model.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and manage associated risks including tax compliance in accounts payable, sourcing and procurement activities.
• Facilitate ongoing knowledge transfer and in country specific requirements with GDC.
• Act as the point of contact for all local tax audits and provide audit responses. Provide internal and external audit support to the GDC.
• Complete "in country" processing tasks to high quality and timeliness standards. These include but are not limited to the following; Distribution of in country credit cards, printing and distribution of cheques (where applicable)
• Facilitate a continuous improvement focus to all aspects of the relationship between the regional stakeholders and the GDC, to contribute to the ongoing development of the GDC to enable business objectives. Regularly engage with all levels of stakeholders to ensure expectations of GDC and the operations are being met.

Knowledge

Proficiency in cross-cultural communication, global delivery processes, and stakeholder coordination.
• Formal education qualifications in commercial management and business administration, complemented by practical experience in global team collaboration, project management, and organizational policies.
• Proficiency in adaptability, customer service focus, and problem-solving skills.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in practical application of collaboration platforms, HRIS systems, and project management tools.
• Familiar with data analysis and reporting tools, capable of performing specific activities using appropriate tools and processes to achieve defined business outcomes.
