Newmont’s Service Enablement Group (SEG) is a new internal Newmont function that aims to improve processes and service delivery for the organization. It is comprised of two parts: A Process Excellence team and a future-state service delivery model who design will be informed by the work of the Process Excellence team.
Your Impact
As an Analyst in Master Data Services for Business Partners and/ or Third Party Workers, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate, consistent, and compliant data. Your work directly supports operational efficiency, risk mitigation, and informed decision-making across the business.
As Part of Our Team, You Will
- Create, update, and maintain master data records for business partners and / or third-party workers within ERP systems.
- Validate incoming data requests to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
- Adhere to established data governance policies and procedures.
- Perform regular data quality checks, cleansing activities, and support audits.
- Track and report performance indicators related to data accuracy and timeliness.
- Resolve data-related queries and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coaching and Knowledge Sharing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support process enhancements and tool implementation.
Prerequisites for Your Success in This Role
- Technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in a related field desirable.
- Developing competent proficiency in ERP systems (SAP S/4 or ECC), MDM tools (MDG), Ariba and data entry standards.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured data procedures.
- Understanding of data governance frameworks and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge Ticket system preferable in Service Now (SNOW)
- Strong supplier Relationship Management.
Your Work Environment
- You will be part of Newmont’s Global Delivery Center (GDC) in Costa Rica, working within the Finance function. The role is people-focused and involves cross-functional collaboration with global stakeholders across People, Finance, IT, and Supply Chain teams. You’ll work in a hybrid, dynamic environment, balancing leadership responsibilities with strategic project execution.

- Relocation assistance is not available for this position. Compensation will be aligned with the local Costa Rican market and paid in Costa Rican colones (CRC).
