Responsibilities

Position Description: 

 

Preparing billing documentation and submitting related documents onto Passport (NYC's digital procurement system) and other government and private account and billing system ensuring accurate and timely reporting.Entering billing data to ensure proper coding of payments to the accounting system and following up on overdue accounts

Assisting contract budget limit with preparing budgets for contracts modification (budget modifications, amendments) and other adjustments.Generating Monthly rent & utility bills for the residents at ESSHI Harlem and monitor payments.

Maintaining organized financial record and provide supporting documents to the auditor per request.  

 

Requirements: 

  • Billing Government and private contracts, knowledge of electronic record system preferable, revenue and A/R recording & reconciliation, special projects.

    Expectation to have relevant experience in the non-for-profit finance

     

    Knowledge and experience in Great Planes Financial system, MS Office

     

    Candidate expecting to work ( budget/invoices) independently with Government agencies, so experience is a key factor

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree Business Admin, Accounting, Business Management Billing Government and private contracts, knowledge of electronic record system preferable, revenue and A/R recording & reconciliation, special projects.

Education Required

Bachelor’s Degree from a U.S. accredited educational institution or Credential Evaluation for a non-U.S. educational institution

$66,950.00 (Education Additive $3,800 + Bilingual Additive $3,800)
