Finance Manager Group Consolidation & Reporting (m/w/d)

About the Role

You'll lead group consolidation and financial reporting for enua Pharma, managing end-to-end consolidation processes and supporting the creation of consolidated financial statements. Working closely with the Head of Finance, you'll own the design and continuous improvement of consolidation workflows while ensuring accuracy across our group entities.

What You'll Do

• Design and optimize consolidation processes including intercompany reconciliations, eliminations, and capital consolidation in LucaNet, with a focus on scalability and efficiency.
• Consolidate individual financial statements from group companies and contribute to the preparation of consolidated financial statements, including validation checks and financial analysis.
• Support group reporting at both standalone and consolidated levels, creating and commenting on variance analyses and analyzing complex balance sheet and P&L structures.
• Advise group companies on harmonizing accounting and tax treatments across the organization.
• Continuously refine and enhance consolidation and reporting processes to drive operational excellence.

What We're Looking For

• Several years of hands-on experience in group accounting and consolidation, with demonstrated expertise in intercompany reconciliation, elimination of interim results, and capital/debt consolidation.
• Degree in business administration or accounting with a focus on financial reporting standards (HGB/IFRS) or equivalent professional qualification.
• Proven proficiency with LucaNet or comparable consolidation software.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics and/or DATEV is a plus.
• Fluent German (C1+) and professional English (C1 minimum).
