New Age Services Inc. is looking for a Community Support Worker to join our team supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and complex needs in a residential setting.

What You'll Do
- Support individuals with daily living activities, personal care, and community participation.
- Promote independence, healthy lifestyles, and meaningful social connections.
- Implement behavioural support strategies and individualized support plans.
- Accompany individuals to appointments, recreational activities, and community outings.
- Complete documentation and reports accurately and professionally.
About You
- Passionate about supporting individuals with disabilities.
- Comfortable providing personal care and behavioural support.
- Calm and confident in challenging situations.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Reliable, professional, and committed to person-centered support.
Schedule & Benefits
Permanent Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Tuesday to Saturday | 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Starting Wage: $21.19/hour
Benefits Include:
- Health and dental benefits after probation
- 6 flex days after 3 months
- Mileage reimbursement ($0.50/km)

Minimum Qualifications
- Diploma in Human Services, Disability Studies, Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, Education, or a related field (equivalencies considered)
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License
- Reliable vehicle with $2 million liability insurance
- Emergency First Aid & CPR
- Intermediate computer and administrative skills
Assets
- Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder and non-verbal communication strategies
- Medication administration experience
- Training in NVCI, Positive Behaviour Supports, and Abuse Prevention & Response
