Gemeinsam gehen wir den nächsten Schritt in die Ära kognitiver und humanoider Robotik.
Als praxisorientierter Wertstromplaner / Fabrikplaner gestaltest du die Zukunft unserer Fertigungssysteme und baust die Elemente des NEURA Produktionssystems aktiv mit auf.
Du arbeitest an der Schnittstelle zwischen Entwicklung, Produktion, Qualität, Logistik und Anlagenbau – mit dem Ziel, Produktionssysteme sowie Wertströme effizient, stabil und zukunftsfähig auszulegen und in einem flussorientierten Fabrik-Layout umzusetzen.
Deine Hauptaufgaben umfassen:
• Du setzt unsere Wertstromplanung in eine flussorientierte Fabrik-Layoutplanung um und koordinierst die laufenden Änderungen.
• Du betreust, optimierst und stabilisierst Wertströme – von der Rohmateriallogistik bis zum fertigen Robotersystem.
• Du wendest Lean-Methoden und Wertstromanalysen an, um Verschwendung in Material-, Informations- und Datenflüssen systematisch zu reduzieren und die Standards im Produktionssystem kontinuierlich zu verbessern.
• Du gestaltest Material-, Informations- und Datenflüsse, führst Layoutanalysen durch und leitest daraus stabile Standards ab.
• Du arbeitest eng mit Entwicklung, Qualität, Produktion und Logistik zusammen, um durchgängig wirksame Prozesslösungen zu etablieren.
Was du mitbringst
Du bist ein konstruktiv denkender, praxisorientierter Mensch, der die Zukunft moderner Robotersysteme aktiv mitgestalten möchte.
Qualitätsbewusstsein, technisches Verständnis und ein lösungsorientierter Ansatz zeichnen dich aus. Außerdem bringst du mit:
• Ein abgeschlossenes Masterstudium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Produktionstechnik, Maschinenbau oder Mechatronik.
• Erfahrung im Erstellen von Fabriklayouts mit Hilfe von CAD-Tools.
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Anwendung von Lean-Methoden sowie in der Wertstromanalyse und im Wertstromdesign, insbesondere die Umsetzung in einem flussorientierten Layout.
• Eine Hands-on-Mentalität mit strukturierter und analytischer Arbeitsweise.
• Die Fähigkeit, Veränderungsprozesse aktiv zu gestalten und umzusetzen.
• Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit in interdisziplinären Projekten.
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
