About this role
Deine Mission & Herausforderungen
● Du treibst den Aufbau des Bereichs Robotik-Regelung & Systemintegration für unsere Smart Factory voran und skalierst unsere Roboterarme, u. a. rund um 4NE1.
● Du integrierst Robotersysteme über Mechanik, Elektronik und Software hinweg und nimmst sie auf Linux/Debian in Betrieb.
● Du führst Messtechnik und Messdatenauswertung mit Python oder MATLAB durch und bindest Anlagen, IoT-Geräte und Messsysteme an (OPC UA, MQTT, REST).
● Du schaffst Schnittstellen zu MES-/Produktionssystemen und Datenbanken (SQL) – gemeinsam mit dem Production-IT-Team.
● Du baust CI/CD-Pipelines auf (GitLab CI, Jenkins, Docker/Podman) und übernimmst Requirements Engineering in Abstimmung mit Produktion und Stakeholdern.
● In deinen ersten 90 Tagen übernimmst du ein Integrationsthema, bindest eine Messstation ans MES an, führst eine Messkampagne zur Performance-Analyse eines Roboterarms durch und baust eine CI/CD-Pipeline auf.
Was du mitbringst
● Abgeschlossenes Masterstudium in Mechatronik, Informatik, Robotik, Automatisierungs- oder Regelungstechnik.
● Erfahrung in der Systemintegration von Robotersystemen (Mechanik, Elektronik, Software, Linux/Debian) sowie in Messtechnik und Messdatenauswertung mit Python oder MATLAB.
● Erfahrung in der Anbindung von Anlagen, IoT-Geräten und Messsystemen (z. B. OPC UA, MQTT, REST) sowie mit Schnittstellen zu MES-/Produktionssystemen und Datenbanken (SQL).
● Kenntnisse in CI/CD und Softwarebereitstellung (z. B. GitLab CI, Jenkins, Docker/Podman) sowie im Requirements Engineering.
● Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1).
● Von Vorteil: Berufserfahrung in Robotik-/Automatisierungssystemen, Regelungs- und Antriebstechnik, Embedded-Grundkenntnisse (C/C++, EtherCAT), Erfahrung mit MES-/ERP-Systemen sowie Kenntnisse in IT-/OT-Security und gängigen Sicherheitsstandards (ISO 10218, IEC 61508).
