Your Mission & Responsibilities
As part of our People & Culture team, you will play a key role in attracting top talent to our organization and actively shaping the end-to-end recruitment process.
Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment journey, regardless of the hiring outcome.
Promote and strengthen our employer brand by representing our company as an employer of choice, participating in career fairs and recruiting events, and proactively building networks with potential candidates.
Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, qualifications, and candidate profiles.
Utilize a variety of recruiting and sourcing channels to identify, engage, and attract qualified candidates.
Review and assess applications, conduct initial interviews, and create qualified shortlists for hiring managers.
Evaluate candidates' professional qualifications and cultural fit, coordinate the selection process, and support offer negotiations.
Analyze recruiting metrics and identify opportunities to continuously improve our recruitment strategies and processes.
What We're Looking For
Several years of experience in Recruiting or Talent Acquisition, ideally within a dynamic business environment.
Proven experience in active sourcing and building and maintaining sustainable talent pipelines.
Excellent communication, consulting, and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
A structured, proactive, and solution-oriented way of working.
Creativity and a passion for developing and implementing innovative recruiting ideas and strategies.
Proficiency with recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and common business applications.
Fluency in both German and English; additional language skills are considered an advantage.
