Gemeinsam gestalten wir die Zukunft der kognitiven und humanoiden Robotik. Als Projektleiter Industrialisierung prägst du maßgeblich unsere Fertigungssysteme und entwickelst die Bausteine des NEURA Produktionssystems.
Du arbeitest an der Schnittstelle zwischen Entwicklung, Produktion, Qualität, Logistik und Anlagenbau – mit dem Ziel, Fertigungskonzepte für neue Produkte und Produktionssysteme effizient, stabil und zukunftsfähig umzusetzen.
Deine Hauptaufgaben umfassen:
Verantwortung für die Industrialisierung neuer Produkte von Prototyp bis Serienanlauf, inkl. Termin-, Kosten- und Qualitätszielen
Entwicklung von Fertigungs- und Montagekonzepten in Zusammenarbeit mit der Entwicklung
Einbindung von Fertigungsanforderungen in die Produktentwicklung (DFM/DFA)
Planung von Wertströmen, Materialflüssen, Layouts und Produktionskapazitäten
Steuerung von Beschaffung, Aufbau und Inbetriebnahme von Anlagen und Betriebsmitteln
Durchführung von Tests, Vorserien und Ramp-up-Phasen, Analyse und Prozessüberführung
Sicherstellung der Prozessqualität mit etablierten Methoden (z.B. PFMEA, Prozessvalidierung)
Koordination der Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern
Berichterstattung zu Projektstatus und Risiken an das Management
Förderung kontinuierlicher Verbesserungen und Etablierung von Standards
Auf was können wir uns freuen:
Master in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Produktionstechnik, Maschinenbau oder Mechatronik
Praxiserfahrung als Projektleiter Industrialisierung
Erfahrung mit Lean-Methoden sowie Gestaltung von Fertigungslinien
Hands-on-Mentalität sowie strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise
Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
