Administration und Optimierung der Aruba-Switching- und Wi-Fi-Infrastruktur inkl. 25G-Backbone
Design und Pflege der Netzwerksegmentierung (Trainingszellen, internes Netz)
Konfiguration und Betrieb von Firewall-Systemen zur Absicherung der Netzwerksegmente
QoS- und Bandbreitenmanagement zur Priorisierung des Cloud-Uploads von Trainingsdaten
Proaktives Monitoring und Kapazitätsplanung; schnelle Behebung von Netzwerkstörungen
Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von Zero-Trust-Zugriffskontrollen
Pflege vollständiger Netzwerkdokumentation (Topologiediagramme, IP-Pläne, Runbooks)
Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklern zu Netzwerkanforderungen in Produktintegrationsprojekten
Abstimmung mit dem HQ-IT-Team bei übergreifenden Netzwerkthemen und Eskalationen
Auf was können wir uns freuen
Abgeschlossenes Studium im IT-Bereich oder abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung, jeweils mit mindestens 3 Jahren relevanter Berufserfahrung
Umfassende Hands-on-Erfahrung im Netzwerkbetrieb
Fundierte Kenntnisse in Switching, Routing und Enterprise-Wi-Fi; Aruba/HPE-Erfahrung ein klares Plus
Solides Verständnis grundlegender Netzwerkprotokolle (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Erfahrung mit hochdurchsatzfähigen LAN-Umgebungen und QoS-Konfiguration
Vertraut mit Zero-Trust-Prinzipien, VLAN-basierter Segmentierung und Firewall-Konfiguration
Analytisch, methodisch, ruhig unter Betriebsdruck
Fließendes Englisch in Wort und Schrift (B2+)
Relevante Zertifizierung (z.B. ACCP, CCNA, CCNP oder Network+) wünschenswert
