About this role

Your mission & challenges

As a Montagefacharbeiter, you will take on a key role in the mechanical and electrical assembly of our robotic systems and ensure that every component is manufactured precisely, integrated correctly, and operates reliably.

● Assemble mechanical and electrical components as well as complete robotic systems according to technical drawings and specifications (e.g. cooling system, skeleton assembly, electronics, SW commissioning)

● Integrate and wire mechanical and electrical components into fully functional units

● Perform quality and functional tests on assemblies and robotic systems to ensure flawless execution and verify that all defined requirements are met

● Document occurring errors, create precise error reports, and actively support systematic troubleshooting and root-cause analysis

What we can look forward to

● A completed technical vocational training, for example as an Industrial Mechanic or Mechatronics Technician, enabling you to confidently work with technical drawings, bills of materials, and assembly instructions

● Interest in mechatronic systems as well as modern automation and robotics technologies

● Ideally, further training as a Technician or Master Craftsman

● Professional experience in automation or robotics is an advantage

● Experience in wiring and electrical installation, as well as knowledge of quality assurance and testing procedures for electromechanical assemblies, is a plus

● A professional attitude combined with a careful and well-structured working style

● Enjoyment of teamwork, a strong service orientation, and the ability to stay organized in demanding situations

● Confident communication skills in spoken and written German; English skills are an advantage

● Experience in soldering and confident handling of soldering tools; a soldering certificate is desirable
