Your Mission & Challenge

  • You support our Growth team with market, competitor, and go-to-market analyses

  • You contribute to strategic projects around NeuraGym and the Neuraverse

  • You plan and coordinate projects and meetings

  • You collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and senior management

  • You create presentations, reports, and decision-making materials

  • You actively contribute to the further development of sales processes and organizational structures

  • You bring structure to complex topics and translate them into clear, actionable recommendations

What we're looking for

  • You are currently studying Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (ideally from your 4th semester onwards)

  • You have strong analytical thinking skills and a structured approach to solving new challenges

  • You use AI tools confidently and purposefully as part of your daily workflow

  • You are fluent in German and English (minimum B2+), as you will communicate internally and externally in both languages

  • You are confident using Microsoft 365 and Claude

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
