Stelle ein Team von Robotics Service-/Wartungstechniker:innen ein, entwickle es weiter und setze hohe Qualitätsstandards
Sorge für maximale Roboterverfügbarkeit als messbares Ziel: Plane Wartungsintervalle, Reparaturabläufe und Ersatzteillager so, dass NeuraGym nicht aus vermeidbaren Gründen stillsteht
Triff die finalen technischen Entscheidungen bei komplexen Montageproblemen, wiederkehrenden Fehlern und Hardwareausfällen — und stelle sicher, dass diese dokumentiert und ausgewertet werden
Definiere Montage-Qualitätsstandards und setze sie konsequent über alle Techniker:innen und Schichten hinweg durch
Schließe den Feedback-Loop mit dem Engineering: Überführe wiederkehrende Probleme aus dem Feld in strukturiertes, umsetzbares Feedback für das Mechanical-Design-Team
Baue SOPs, Montage-Dokumentationen und Onboarding-Materialien auf und pflege sie, um das Team skalierbar zu machen
Leite Techniker:innen bei Kundeninstallationen und Inbetriebnahmen vor Ort sowie auf Messen
Was wir uns wünschen
Must-have
Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Industriemechaniker:in, Feinwerkmechaniker:in, Mechatroniker:in oder vergleichbar
Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Prototypenbau oder in der Montage komplexer mechanischer Systeme
Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung als Team Lead, Senior Technician oder Schichtleiter:in mit direkter Verantwortung für die Leistung anderer
Tiefes Verständnis mechanischer Baugruppen, Aktuatoren, Gelenke und Maschinenkomponenten; sicheres Lesen technischer Zeichnungen
Erfahrung in Robotik, Automatisierung oder Sondermaschinenbau
Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und/oder Englisch; Fähigkeit, zwischen Werkstatt und Engineering zu vermitteln
Reisebereitschaft für Kundeninstallationen und Inbetriebnahmen
Nice-to-have
Praktische Erfahrung mit Aktuatoren, Getriebesystemen oder mechatronischen Baugruppen
Erfahrung im Erstellen oder Verbessern von Montage-SOPs und Wartungsdokumentationen
Grundkenntnisse in elektrischen/elektronischen Themen (z. B. Verkabelung, Sensorik)
