Deine Mission & Herausforderung
Du entwickelst und optimierst AI-gestützte Prozesse entlang des gesamten Revenue Funnels
Du automatisierst wiederkehrende Abläufe mit der Microsoft Power Platform und weiteren modernen Technologien
Du identifizierst eigenständig Ineffizienzen und setzt nachhaltige Verbesserungen um
Du integrierst AI-Tools wie Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code oder vergleichbare Systeme in bestehende Arbeitsabläufe
Du entwickelst Dashboards, Reportings und datenbasierte Entscheidungsgrundlagen
Du arbeitest mit CRM-, ERP- und weiteren Business-Systemen und verbindest diese sinnvoll miteinander
Du unterstützt Teams dabei, AI-Lösungen erfolgreich in ihren Arbeitsalltag zu integrieren
Du fungierst als Ansprechpartner für Automatisierung, AI-Workflows und Prozessoptimierung
Du arbeitest eng mit Sales, Operations und Technology zusammen
Du trägst aktiv dazu bei, Neura Robotics als führendes Robotics-Unternehmen weiter auszubauen
Auf was wir uns freuen können
Erste praktische Erfahrung im Bereich AI, Automatisierung, Revenue Operations oder Process Improvement
Sicherer Umgang mit AI-Tools wie ChatGPT, Claude oder vergleichbaren Plattformen
Erfahrung mit Power Automate, Power Apps oder ähnlichen Workflow-Tools
Verständnis für APIs, Datenstrukturen und digitale Prozesse
Strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
Hohe Eigeninitiative und Freude daran, Dinge selbst aufzubauen
Fließende Englischkenntnisse
Deutschkenntnisse sind ein Plus
Nice to Have
Erfahrung mit Microsoft Dynamics 365 oder Business Central
Kenntnisse in Python, JavaScript oder vergleichbaren Technologien

With the Neuraverse, a comprehensive ecosystem for innovations in the field of cognitive robotics, NEURA Robotics is creating an important technical basis for automation solutions and enabling the networking of robots and partner companies on a global scale.
