The Role
As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for leading multiple projects of significant scope, complexity, and responsibility in creative vision/strategy and execution. You will work closely with your team to identify user needs, problems and define optimized end-to-end user journeys. You will collaborate closely with the design, product, data, and engineering teams to deliver the best-in-class experience for Ouro customers.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with business strategy, product, data, and engineering to run and execute projects with high-level direction within your product area
Independently leads cross-team and/or multi-phase projects from design through implementation
Identifies the right solutions to clarify and solve ambiguous, open-ended problems
Creating presentations, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts
Communicating with stakeholders to keep them updated on progress and get feedback
Provide and seek feedback from your peers, including other product designers and teammates in your product team

Use low-to-medium fidelity designs & prototypes to frame product opportunities
Know your process and when to use which design methods, as well as when to change up an approach
Generate and explore multiple potential solutions, and know how to identify the right ones
Know how to use existing systems, and when to break out of them. Can work collaboratively to develop new patterns and principles for team-wide adoption
Detail-oriented with motion, micro-interactions, copy, edge cases, and states
Excellent UX problem-solving: Ability to create efficient solutions for complex user journeys
Strong visual design skills: knows how to use color, composition, visual hierarchy to produce delightful user interfaces. Demands a high level of visual polish from their work
Qualifications
Required
6 to 8+ years of experience designing and shipping products and features from inception to launch
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Desire to learn and grow into more responsibilities, such as mentorship, strategy, and elevating the team’s overall design thinking and craftsmanship
Expertise in Figma
Advanced Prototyping skills
Preferred
Experience working with B2C products
Expertise in iOS and Android
Experience with data-driven design, and Design Thinking processes
Experience with user testing and running basic usability studies
Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies
