As a Regional Procurement Manager – Rigid Packaging Metals at Nestlé Global Procurement, your mission is to shape and deliver sourcing strategies for metal packaging materials that create value, strengthen supply resilience and support Nestlé’s sustainability commitments. We operate on a truly global scale, bringing together over 40 nationalities across three dynamic hubs in Switzerland, Panama, and Malaysia. You will make a difference by collaborating closely with category teams, suppliers and business stakeholders across the globe. How you’ll make an impact as a Regional Procurement Manager – Rigid Packaging Metals
- Leading regional sourcing strategies for metal packaging materials that strengthen value creation and supply performance.
- Driving supplier market, category and supply risk insights to identify opportunities for improvement and resilience.
- Building cost models and commercial recommendations that unlock efficiency and support smarter procurement decisions.
- Negotiating supplier agreements that deliver competitive value, responsible sourcing and long-term business impact.
- Connecting global and regional teams to capture synergies, optimize costs and support business priorities.
- Contributing to more sustainable packaging solutions that help advance Nestlé’s environmental commitments.
What will make you successful
- Bringing strong direct procurement knowledge in packaging, with metal packaging experience as an advantage.
- Applying strategic sourcing, supplier management and responsible sourcing practices in a regional or global environment.
- Using market insights, supply risk analysis and cost modelling to shape effective procurement decisions.
- Collaborating and influencing across diverse stakeholders in a complex, global organization.
- Communicating fluently in English; Mandarin is an advantage.
- Demonstrating courage, collaboration, speed and continuous learning.
