We are looking for an Automation Engineering Architect to be part of our Nestlé Nespresso Digital and Tech Team. At Nespresso, our Digital & Tech teams are at the heart of our innovation journey, a space where we continue to invest, evolve, and grow.

The Role:

 

As a Automation Engineering Architect, you will ensure delivery excellence by combining hands-on automation expertise with coordination of QA activities across teams. You will maintain automation frameworks, review pull requests, support manual testing when required, and collaborate closely with product and development teams.

                                                                                     

 

In This Role, You Will:

 

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks.
  • Create and manage automated test scripts for regression, E2E, and integration testing.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain health of automation suites.
  • Serve as owner of the automation frameworks and drive continuous improvement.
  • Review pull requests and ensure coding standards for test automation.
  • Collaborate with DevOps to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Perform manual testing when necessary.

 

What We’re Looking For:

 

  • 6+ years of experience in QA and test automation.
  • Experience with Playwright, UFT, or similar automation tools.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC.
  • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong communication skills and experience in global/virtual teams.

 

Extra Skills That Set You Apart:

 

  • Experience with TypeScript or object-oriented programming.
  • Knowledge of mobile automation frameworks.
  • Experience with AI-assisted testing tools.
