Estamos buscando un Telemarketing Operador para nuestro equipo de América Latina que nos ayude a llegar a la audiencia de habla hispana. Este rol requiere excelentes habilidades de comunicación, una gran perspicacia para las ventas y la capacidad de establecer una buena relación con los estudiantes potenciales.
What you will do
- Contactar clientes potenciales, calificar y programar reuniones de ventas para el equipo de cierre de ventas internas.
- Abordar clientes potenciales calificados a través de WhatsApp y llamadas telefónicas.
- Trabajar con CRM.
- Identificar las necesidades, problemas e intereses de los clientes y registrarlos en el CRM.
- Lograr las metas y resultados mensuales.
Requirements
- Experiencia en ventas de telemarketing (mínimo 1 año).
- Competencia en español.
- Habilidades blandas y fuertes habilidades de comunicación.
- Experiencia con CRM.
- Profesional altamente motivado y orientado a objetivos con un historial comprobado en ventas.

- Pago básico a partir de 450 USD brutos + comisiones (el pago total promedio es de 800 USD brutos).

- Horarios: 5 días de trabajo y se descansa (1 día de fin de semana y 1 la semana), con horario: De 11:10 hs - 20:10 hs CDMX.
