About this role

The Opportunity

The Global Sales Performance (GSP) team is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst, Global Sales Performance, to serve as a primary reactive support resource. This role is essential for maintaining the operational agility of the sales organization by managing incoming analytics requests and providing the technical horsepower behind our strategic insights. You will serve as the engine for our data reporting, enabling leadership to shift their focus from data preparation to trend analysis and solution development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reactive Case Management: Act as the primary point of contact for the global case queue (AMER/INTL). Manage, prioritize, and fulfill a high volume of incoming requests related to reporting, order management, and ad-hoc analytics across the organization.

  • Analytical Modeling & Strategic Partnership: Partner directly with senior leadership to build, maintain, and refine complex data models. Your focus will be to streamline data outputs, thereby freeing up leadership capacity to analyze performance trends, identify gaps, and develop actionable solutions.

  • Reporting SME: Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Salesforce (SFDC) and Gong reporting. Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot dashboards and scorecards that act as the single source of truth for business performance.

  • Variable Compensation & Incentive Programs: Support the operational processes behind variable compensation and sales incentive programs by preparing and validating goal sheets aligned to assigned quotas, modeling and validating SPIFF incentives, tracking Champion's Club qualification, and ensuring compensation-related data accuracy. Partner with GTM and Finance to maintain program integrity, validate incentive data, and support accurate, timely commission processing by Finance.

  • Operational Support: Support the broader GSP mission by maintaining data integrity within our systems, including assistance with territory management, ratio file updates, and routine pipeline health checks.

  • Cross-Functional Enablement: Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Sales Ops, and the Field to ensure reporting is consistent, reliable, and actionable.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Data Proficiency: Strong ability to translate business questions into technical reporting requirements.

  • Systems Knowledge: Proven expertise in Salesforce (SFDC) and Gong reporting environments.

  • Prioritization: Ability to manage a rapid-response support queue while maintaining high standards for data accuracy and turnaround time.

  • Communication: Ability to bridge the gap between technical data modeling and the strategic needs of sales leadership.

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: $105k – $120k per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and internal equity. This position is eligible for our comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, and an unlimited PTO policy.
