Job Description
Initial 6 month contract with a view to extend
Macquarie Park location
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to support the implementation, enhancement, and optimisation of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, configure solutions, and deliver functional expertise across the HCM suite.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse business requirements.
- Configure and support Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
- Facilitate workshops with HR and business stakeholders.
- Prepare functional design documentation.
- Support testing, UAT, and go-live activities.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and recommend best-practice solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and data migration.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant.
- Strong configuration experience across one or more Oracle Fusion HCM modules, Payroll would be an advantage but not essential
- Experience delivering Oracle Fusion HCM implementation or transformation projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and business analysis skills.
- Experience supporting integrations, testing, and data migration.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
