This is a full time role (37.5 hours p.w), that will see you working 5 days over 7 including weekends due to the nature of the business.

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Valet Car Park Attendant at our Harley Street & Saffron Hill sites your role will be more than just managing parking spaces. You'll be a friendly face, ensuring an excellent customer experience while handling state-of-the-art car park equipment. Responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with Customers: Providing top-notch customer service with a smile.

  • Carry out valet parking duties, driving and parking guest cars.

  • Traffic Control Measures: Regulating vehicle entry and exit seamlessly.

  • Regular Foot Patrols: Ensuring the safety and security of the car park.

  • Grounds Maintenance: Keeping the surroundings clean and attractive with tasks like weeding, painting, and cleaning.

  • Painting walls, stairwells, and bay lines (training is provided).

  • Working outdoors, with a requirement to carry out basic landscaping jobs like weeding and hedge trimming (training is provided).

Requirements:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively.

  • Basic Computer Skills: Tech-savvy enough to handle our equipment.

  • Full Manual UK Driver's Licence: Essential for the role.
