Since 2003, we've been assisting children, families and adults across North Carolina with their behavioral health needs. Carolina Outreach is a group of highly trained behavioral health professionals dedicated to promoting the emotional and physical well-being of our community in a safe and respectful environment.

About the Role

We are actively seeking a compassionate and skilled Receptionist to join our team full-time. This role is essential to our mission, providing therapy, crisis support, and service coordination for mental health clients in a variety of settings. As a Receptionist with Carolina Outreach, you will assist the company as a whole, by answering a multi-line phone, assisting with doctor appointments and charts, and greeting and directing staff and clients.

Performs administrative and office support activities for multiple staff members
Reception duties
Word processing, creating and maintaining spreadsheets and database programs
Filing and maintaining client files appropriately

Competitive hourly pay aligned with your role, experience, and contribution, with opportunities for growth over time.

Compensation: $16.09 - $20.66

Placement within the range is based on licensure level, education, and experience.

QualificationsQualifications

At a minimum, completion of a high school diploma, preferably with one year of administrative assistant or other administrative office experience.
