Job DetailsJob Location: PuneKey Responsibilities and Duties
Build, maintain, and support automated yield and quality reporting to identify and alert on low-yield or excursion trends
Own and maintain databases and reporting tools that track engineering, quality, and cost metrics across fab, test, and assembly
Track and report progress on cost-reduction and yield-improvement projects against annual savings goals
Support project management for strategic initiatives (e.g., alternate-site/alternate-flow qualification), including timelines, status tracking, and documentation for formal reviews.
Coordinate change control administration workflow: tracking change requests, approvals, customer notifications, and validation status for released products.
Maintain records and documentation to support non-conforming product reports, root-cause investigations, and disposition tracking
Support data entry, structuring, and maintenance related to the hierarchical BOM in Arena PLM, in partnership with the Product Engineer
Maintain specifications, work instructions, and process documentation; support standardization of methodology across Torrance and Pune
Prepare status updates, dashboards, and presentation materials for management and cross-site reviews
Coordinate schedules and communication between Pune and Torrance-based teams across time zones
QualificationsRequired Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
2+ years of experience in a data analyst, business analyst, or project management/coordination role; manufacturing or semiconductor industry experience a strong plus
Strong Excel skills; working knowledge of SQL or database management; experience with Python a plus
Experience building dashboards or reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
Project management experience or coordination experience with cross-functional/cross-site teams; PMP or similar certification a plus
Familiarity with PLM/BOM systems (Arena PLM or similar) a plus, though not required
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to collaborate closely with the Torrance PE team across time zones
Self-directed and comfortable operating in a newly established team, helping define processes as the team scales
