Job DetailsJob Location: PuneKey Responsibilities and Duties:
Execute electrical test, checkout, and validation procedures to confirm device, board-level, and system functionality against defined engineering requirements
Verify products, test hardware, fixtures, and supporting equipment are configured, calibrated, and ready for engineering evaluation
Perform assembly, rework, and disassembly of PCB-level components, sockets, adapters, and test-interface hardware
Configure test setups, execute electrical characterization and validation procedures, and capture parametric data for engineering review
Record test conditions, measured results, anomalies, and deviations in accordance with engineering documentation requirements
Diagnosing hardware, fixture, and test-equipment issues and supporting root-cause investigation and failure-analysis activities as required
Operate laboratory bench equipment, power tools, and measurement instrumentation, including transducers, oscilloscopes, virtual instruments, and custom test boxes
Support additional laboratory, engineering, and operational activities as assigned

Ability to perform effectively in a high-throughput, fast-paced engineering lab environment supporting rapid product development cycles
Demonstrated technical curiosity and commitment to developing expertise in semiconductor test, validation, and reliability processes
Ability to execute assigned test procedures, equipment setups, and data-collection tasks independently with limited supervision
Ability to reprioritize test activities, lab support tasks, and engineering requests in response to changing project schedules and technical priorities
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent tests, documentation, and lab-support activities while maintaining technical accuracy and schedule alignment
Working knowledge of engineering lab workflows, including sample intake, test setup, data capture, equipment readiness, and result documentation
Maintains ownership of assigned tasks by ensuring accurate execution, traceable documentation, and reliable delivery of test results
Provides cross-functional lab support for engineering, reliability, and operational activities as workload demands require
Requirements
Required
High school diploma/GED
Proficiency with computer-based engineering workflows and Microsoft Office applications, including data entry, test documentation, spreadsheet-based data tracking, and technical report preparation
Ability to safely handle, transport, position, and set up laboratory equipment, reliability stress fixtures, PCB assemblies, cabling, and related hardware up to 25 lbs. unassisted while following ESD, ergonomic, and lab-safety practices.
Preferred
Associate degree from a two-year college or technical school in electronics
Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in semiconductor reliability testing, electrical characterization, qualification execution, failure analysis support, or engineering lab operations.
