What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?
Tu misión será:
Dar visibilidad a la operación. Analizarás, darás seguimiento y elaborarás reportes clave de facturación para asegurar el flujo correcto de la información.
Impulsar la estrategia del negocio. Apoyarás activamente en el análisis financiero y de rentabilidad para facilitar la toma de decisiones.
Cuidar nuestros recursos. Serás clave en la gestión y control presupuestal, elaborando proyecciones mensuales (principalmente de gastos administrativos) y analizando las desviaciones entre la ejecución real y lo proyectado.
Facilitar la conectividad operativa. Apoyarás en la preparación de documentación requerida por entidades financieras y de seguros, además de coordinar el programa de tarjetas corporativas con los usuarios internos.
Consolidar nuestra visión financiera. Estructurarás presentaciones estratégicas para el foro RAE y te asegurarás de mantener actualizados los repositorios de información financiera.
Aportar soluciones ágiles. Atenderás solicitudes y realizarás análisis diversos según las dinámicas y necesidades puntuales del negocio.
Tus puntos de foco:
Precisión, calidad y profundidad en los análisis financieros y de rentabilidad.
Entrega oportuna en los reportes de facturación y control presupuestal.
Organización y actualización de la información en foros y repositorios.
Interacción con usuarios internos, entidades financieras y seguros.
¿Qué necesitas para aplicar?
Formación: Estudiante de los últimos ciclos de carreras como Economía, Finanzas o Administración.
Conocimientos: Nivel avanzado de Excel y Google Workspace.
Contar con manejo de Tableau, SAP, bases de datos y herramientas de inteligencia de negocios como Power Query, Power Pivot o Power BI.
