¿Te apasiona el análisis de datos, el marketing y la gestión estratégica regional? ¿Buscas un lugar donde tu desarrollo profesional florezca en armonía con el cuidado de las personas y el planeta? En Natura Cosméticos estamos buscando a nuestro próximo Practicante para soportar de manera transversal los procesos de Atracción y Bienvenida a nivel Andino (Colombia, Ecuador y Perú). Queremos que traigas tu energía, tus ganas de aprender y tu propósito para que juntos sigamos construyendo una red de relaciones basada en el "bien estar bien".
🎓 ¿Qué buscamos en ti?
Estudios: Estudiante profesional de Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial o Marketing.
Requisito indispensable: Contar con el aval de tu universidad para firmar contrato de aprendizaje.
Habilidades: Manejo de herramientas ofimáticas, especialmente Excel, Tableau y Power BI. Buscamos a alguien con orientación a resultados, capacidad para resolver problemas con proactividad, actitud positiva, empatía y coraje.

🎯 ¿Qué harás con nosotros?
Como practicante, no serás un espectador; serás una pieza clave en la operación regional de nuestro equipo. Tus principales misiones serán apoyar en:
Seguimiento de Data y Tendencias: Soportar los resultados diarios de inicios e indicadores del área (cantidad, calidad y productividad) y realizar el seguimiento a la tendencia diaria para Colombia.
Gestión de Kits y Estrategias Comerciales: Apoyar el desarrollo y seguimiento del abastecimiento de los Kits Primeros Pasos / Kits de Inicio para Colombia, Perú y Ecuador, así como la habilitación y segmentación de programas clave (Ruta del Éxito).
Elaboración de Informes y Presentaciones: Construir reportes generales, informes ciclares y presentaciones para reuniones regionales (Warm Up Colombia y Ecuador, data foros).
Soporte Administrativo y Operativo: Apoyo en la gestión con proveedores (órdenes de compra en SAP), carga de demandas en plataformas internas (Synplin) y atención de reclamaciones.
