Estamos buscando uma pessoa desenvolvedora de Inteligência Artificial Pleno apaixonada por inovação! O desafio envolve testar e aplicar ferramentas de IA, apoiar a construção de estruturantes, desenvolver projetos práticos com IA Generativa e Agentes, e colaborar tecnicamente para a democratização do uso da Inteligência Artificial por toda a empresa.What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?
Desenvolvimento Hands-on: Desenvolver e implementar projetos práticos utilizando IA Generativa e Agentes Autônomos, garantindo a entrega de valor nas soluções.
Pesquisa, Aplicação e Infraestrutura: Testar, validar e aplicar ferramentas de IA do mercado alinhadas às necessidades do negócio, apoiando ativamente na construção e manutenção de governança, diretrizes e boas práticas para garantir a implementação segura de novas tecnologias.
Colaboração Técnica: Atuar como facilitador técnico, auxiliando outras áreas na adoção e no uso eficiente de ferramentas de IA no dia a dia.
Quais os Requisitos?
Desenvolvimento de software utilizando Git, CI/CD, testes automatizados e boas práticas de Clean Code. Conhecimento em linguagem python.
Arquitetura: Capacidade de implementar e manter soluções robustas, seguras e escaláveis seguindo os padrões da empresa.
LLMs e Agentes: Experiência prática no desenvolvimento com modelos de linguagem (LLMs), engenharia de prompt e arquiteturas de Agentes Autônomos.
Técnicas e Frameworks: RAG, bancos de dados vetoriais e frameworks de mercado (como LangChain ou Google ADK).
Cloud e MLOps: Experiência com implantação em nuvem (GCP ou AWS).
Perfil Colaborativo e Resolutivo: Boa comunicação para entender as dores das áreas internas, propor soluções técnicas viáveis e trabalhar em equipe.
Formação e Idioma: Graduação completa em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas, e Inglês (leitura e consumo de documentação técnica).
Quais os diferenciais?
Cursos de especialização ou certificação na área de Inteligência Artificial/Dados.
Algum conhecimento em Databricks, n8n, UIPath e Gemini Enterprise.
Espanhol intermediário/avançado.
