Participar da entrega dos resultados relativos à sua linha/área no turno seguindo o direcionamento dos gestores e dos operadores de suas linhas.What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?
Executar montagem, embalagem e encaixotamento de produtos, realizando o revezamento de postos e trocas de turno com repasse completo de informações.
Abastecer a linha com insumos e caixas vazias, armazenar pallets nas áreas demarcadas e realizar o refluxo de materiais não utilizados para a GDM.
Conferir produtos, montar pallets e operar o sistema SAP para emissão de etiquetas (caixa/pallet) e abertura de notas de manutenção.
Manter a limpeza das máquinas e organização do setor conforme normas de 5S e cGMP, garantindo a destinação correta de resíduos e sucatas.
Realizar inspeção sensitiva nos equipamentos (ruído, temperatura, vazão), reportando quebras e atuando em parceria com a manutenção.
Etiquetar desvios de segurança, elaborar LPPs (Lição Ponto a Ponto) e multiplicar treinamentos para a equipe.
Quais os Requisitos
Disponibilidade para trabalhar em turnos.
Será um diferencial conhecimento básico em SAP, cGMP (Boas Práticas de Fabricação), 5S, manutenção autônoma (inspeção sensitiva) e elaboração de LPP.
Proatividade, comunicação clara, trabalho em equipe e foco no autodesenvolvimento (Matriz de Habilidades).
