Analista Sr de Adm de Personal & Liquidación de Sueldos - Mercado SurBrinda soporte administrativo y de liquidación de nivel 2 para Argentina, con disponibilidad para participar en proyectos regionales de estandarización de procesos junto a Chile y Uruguay.
What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?
Analista Sr de Adm de Personal & Liquidación de Sueldos - Mercado Sur
- Administración y liquidación de sueldos.
- Cierre contable y análisis de provisiones.
- Soporte a los requerimientos de la unidad de retail (con foco en el pico previsto para enero del próximo año).
- Participación en proyectos regionales de estandarización de procesos de altas y movimientos para Argentina, Chile y Uruguay.
- Colaboración en proyectos de interfaces y actualizaciones en Workday.
- Atención y gestión de tickets a través de Service Now.
Experiencia
5 años de experiencia en procesos de administración y liquidación integral, con conocimientos sólidos en aspectos legales y técnicos de liquidación y cierre contable, que permitan desempeñarse con autonomía desde el inicio
Conocimientos técnicos y herramientas
- Sistema de liquidación MAP: deseable, no excluyente.
- Workday y Service Now: valorado para gestión y atención de tickets, no excluyente.
Perfil y Habilidades Blandas
- Alta capacidad de adaptación y flexibilidad ante entornos de cambio constante (parte del ADN de la compañía).
- Orientación a la automatización y mejora continua de procesos.
- Buena disposición para trabajar en proyectos de interfaces y actualizaciones tecnológicas sin que los cambios generen frustración.
- Disponibilidad para colaborar en proyectos regionales.
