About this role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager to join Nationwide's Treasury Finance team. This is a high-profile leadership role within one of the Society's most interesting and complex areas. We provide technical accounting, financial reporting and regulatory reporting expertise in relation to the Treasury business to ensure that the Society continues to operate in a safe, well-controlled and financially resilient manner. As Nationwide continues to evolve, this role offers the opportunity to have a significant impact on how Finance operates in the future.

As Senior Treasury Finance Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of change and transformation across Treasury Finance. You will challenge existing ways of working, drive simplification and automation, and help shape how the team leverages data, technology and AI to improve efficiency, insight and control.

You will provide leadership and oversight across Treasury Finance reporting processes and controls, ensuring that financial and regulatory reporting remains accurate, efficient and compliant. Working closely with senior stakeholders across Finance and Treasury, you will support the delivery of strategic initiatives whilst maintaining a strong focus on governance, risk management and operational excellence.

This role provides an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance leader to influence how Treasury Finance evolves to meet changing business, regulatory and technological demands.

We are happy to consider flexible working approaches to help you perform at your best.
