About this role
This Senior Manager role sits within our Business Savings Products team as part of Business Banking. Our team are the business owners for Business Savings, with responsibility for the products and propositions we offer our customers.
The role will focus on commercial management of the savings books across both brands, with responsibility for growth, balances, income, cost management and profitability. Activities include trading, pricing management, balance forecasting and planning over the short, medium and long term. You will also have a lead role to play in setting the product strategy as part of the overall Business Banking proposition.

For this job you will spend at least two days per week, or if part time you'll spend 40% of your working time based at either our London, Northampton or Glasgow Office. If you are based at an office location. If you’re based at our Glasgow office, this will apply from 1 April 2027 and ahead of that there will be a need to regularly connect with colleagues for collaboration events.
