About this role

Step into an exciting opportunity as a Manager Risk Control and Partnering within our Group Retail Products team. This is a fantastic chance for an experienced risk professional to play a key role in delivering good customer outcomes, supporting regulatory and policy changes, and helping the business achieve its strategic objectives. Working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, you will provide first-line conduct and regulatory risk expertise while building strong relationships across a wide range of stakeholders.

You will support a significant customer data migration programme, ensuring a smooth transition between systems while maintaining product integrity, regulatory compliance and robust conduct risk management. With your strong knowledge of savings and current account products, you will act as a trusted subject matter expert, offering practical and commercially focused risk advice. Success in this role will come from your ability to navigate complexity, think critically, influence stakeholders at all levels and deliver solutions with confidence and credibility.

We're looking for someone with recent practitioner-level experience within savings and current accounts in a first line risk environment, who combines deep product knowledge with excellent communication skills. You will be proactive, self-motivated and collaborative, with a logical and inquisitive mindset that enables you to identify risks, challenge constructively and drive positive outcomes for both the business and its customers.

This is a 24-month secondment opportunity.
