About this role

Primary Job Responsibilities

  •  Manage the Order Process team and provide guidance and direction to 20+ team members
  •  Monitor team member performance and ensure both quality and timeliness are provided
  •  Coordinate with vendors for order accuracy, responsiveness to quote and purchase order confirmations and on-time deliver
  • Actively engages with vendors and sourcing team to anticipate, plan, implement changes 
  •  Drives improvement with the tracking and management of PO lifecycle
  •  Reviews and responds to field requests
  • Provides regular updates to field leadership for Order Processing performance
  • Effective liaison with vendor teams to support and drive integrated data exchange 
  • Serves as subject matter expert for quoting and purchasing processes
  •  Supports supply chain systems as needed and participating in year-end inventory processes
  • Various projects and tasks as needed

Qualifications/ Education/Experience

  • Strong leader who can work with multiple stakeholders, develop and execute information strategy while being able to manage day-to-day tactical activities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) 
  • Strong attention to detail. Highly organized.  
  • Ability to manage communications to all internal organizational levels and to external vendors. 
  • Capacity to work independently and be resourceful.   
  • Team player with the confidence and integrity to earn internal team confidence quickly.   
  • Exemplary professional behaviors.  Sets an example in appearance, communications, and attitude.   
  • Ability to manage highly confidential company information. 
  • Strong interpersonal and proactive problem-solving skills. 
  • Highly skilled in time management to facilitate involvement in multiple projects.
